All in One Labelling Machine

The Nexus all-in-one labeller is a fully automatic labelling machine that applies front, back and wrap-around labels on one unit, at up to 50 containers per minute. It is the mid-range model in the Nexus labelling machine range, built for producers who run both round bottles and flat-sided containers such as 5 L jerry cans on the same line.

What it does

Containers arrive on the conveyor and are spaced. The front and back stations apply one label each side in register, and the wrap-around station spins round containers against the label web for a single full-wrap label. Which stations run is set per product, so a jerry can gets front and back and a round bottle gets a wrap, without a change of machine. Settings are stored and recalled from the interface, and changeover between bottle and label sizes is a recipe recall plus guide adjustment.
