Fully Automatic Trigger Sprayer / Pump Cap Capping Machine

The Nexus trigger sprayer and pump cap capper is a fully automatic in-line capping machine built for closures with a dip tube: trigger sprayers, pump caps and lotion pumps with straws. It runs up to 40 containers per minute and is the model in the Nexus capping machine range specified for cleaning products, garden sprays and personal care pumps.

Why these caps need their own machine

A trigger sprayer or pump cap has a straw that must be guided into the bottle neck before the collar can be tightened. A standard capper that simply drops a cap and spins it cannot do that reliably. This machine pairs a cap sorting device with a vision-guided pick and place system, so each closure is picked in the right orientation, the straw is led into the neck, and the collar is tightened to a preset torque.
