Mass / Magnetic Flow meter Filling Machine

The Nexus flow meter filling machine doses liquids by measuring the product as it passes through a mass flow meter or a magnetic flow meter, with a filling accuracy of plus or minus 1 percent. It is the high-accuracy model in the Nexus liquid filling machine range, built to order with the meter type and the number of filling heads set to the product and line speed.

How flow meter filling works

Product is pumped from the supply tank through a flow meter to each nozzle. The meter measures the exact quantity passing through and closes the valve when the target is reached. A mass flow meter measures by mass, so it is unaffected by temperature, density or entrained air, and suits products whose density varies. A magnetic flow meter measures conductive liquids by volume and suits water-based products, chemicals and aggressive liquids where nothing should touch moving parts. Nexus fits the meter that suits your product.
