Overflow Liquid Filling Machine

The Nexus overflow liquid filling machine fills every container to the same visible level, regardless of small differences in container volume, which is what makes it the standard filler for clear bottles where the customer sees the fill line. It is the level-fill model in the Nexus liquid filling machine range, built to order with the number of filling heads set to your line speed.

How overflow filling works

Each filling nozzle seals onto the container neck and pumps product in until it reaches the set level. Any excess flows back through a return line to the supply tank, so the container is filled to the exact intended level with no overfill and no drips. Because the level is set by the nozzle, not by measured volume, a batch of bottles that vary slightly in capacity still leaves the line looking identical on the shelf.
