Nexus High Speed Twin Head Labelling System
The Nexus twin-head bottle labeller is a high-speed dual servo labelling machine for bottles, running up to 120 bottles per minute. It is the fastest model in the Nexus labelling machine range, built for beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical lines where label placement has to stay accurate at full speed.
What it does
Bottles arrive on a heavy-duty conveyor that keeps them stable and evenly spaced. Two servo-driven label heads dispense labels in synchronisation with bottle movement, so front and back labels, or a wrap on round bottles, land in the same position every time. Label detection sensors read each label on the web and confirm placement, which cuts waste and prevents mislabelled bottles leaving the line. Recipes for each bottle and label are stored on the touchscreen.
